The Qsplus Construction Cost Estimating module allows you to price items in bills of quantities on a first principles basis i.e. labour, plant and material to arrive at bid rates. Price includes one year of support, upgrades and maintenance. After that, you must pay an annual license renewal fee, which includes support.

Please note that Construction Cost Estimating module is Windows based software. It will only run on Apple machines if Windows Parallel is installed
